What we collect

When you complete a form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, mobile number and, where you choose to give them, your goal, destinations, occupation, age band, qualifications, experience, English test status, nationality, country of residence and any message.

We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which channels bring enquiries.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, assess the routes that may fit your situation and, if you engage us, to provide our services.

If you tick the updates box, we may send occasional information about programme changes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and stored in our own client management system, hosted with our infrastructure provider. Where your case requires a licensed representative for a particular country, the relevant details are shared with that representative with your agreement.

We share information with government authorities only when you instruct us to submit an application, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and professional obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We process personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law.

Security

Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
