Privacy Policy & Data Governance

Last Updated: October 2026 • Governing Law: UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021

1. Institutional Commitment to Client Confidentiality

Go Abroad Migration (“we”, “us”, or “the Firm”) adheres to stringent statutory data privacy standards. Because immigration matters involve sensitive personal dossiers—including academic records, biometric identity documents, medical clearance forms, and financial bank balances—we implement bank-grade encryption protocols and confidentiality safeguards.

2. Categories of Information Collected

To provide accurate immigration advice, points calculations, and certified legal representation, we collect:

  • Identification & Civil Records: Passports, national identity cards, marriage certificates, and family details.
  • Academic Credentials: University transcripts, degree certificates, and syllabus documentation.
  • Employment & Financial Evidence: Reference letters, pay slips, income tax filings, and certified bank statements.
  • Language & Examination Scores: IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, OET, and French scorecard reference numbers.

3. Permitted Disclosures & Third-Party Transfers

We do not sell, license, or commercially monetize client data under any circumstances. Personal information is disclosed exclusively to:

  • Designated government immigration bodies (IRCC, Home Affairs, UK Home Office, BAMF Germany).
  • Statutory assessing authorities (WES, ACS, Engineers Australia, AHPRA, GMC, NMC).
  • Designated panel physicians and biometric service contractors (VFS Global / TLScontact).

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

Client records are retained for a statutory period of seven (7) years following case conclusion in accordance with CICC and MARA professional regulation standards. Clients may request an electronic copy of their personal data or request deletion of preliminary assessment records by emailing [email protected].
