Go Abroad Migration does not provide refunds in cases where a client chooses to discontinue services before completion.
Refund consideration applies only to the total service fee paid. Clients must have paid the full amount to be eligible for any refund percentage. Partial or incomplete payments do not qualify for refunds.
Client registrations may be completed in advance, based on anticipated immigration opportunities. If a client’s application is later deemed ineligible following official announcements, alternative options may be explored, but refunds will not be issued automatically.
Go Abroad Migration maintains a strict no-chargeback policy. Clients who dispute valid transactions may be blacklisted and held accountable for any outstanding balances.
Invoices issued include service charges and applicable taxes. Refunds, where applicable, will apply only to the service fee component; taxes and third-party charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted using the official Refund Claim Form along with supporting documentation, such as a rejection letter from the relevant authority. Incomplete documentation will make a client ineligible. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
Go Abroad Migration is not responsible for delays caused by third-party organizations, and such delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
Clients acknowledge that immigration outcomes are solely determined by government and regulatory bodies. Go Abroad Migration cannot guarantee results and does not issue refunds based on unfavorable decisions.
Payments made to external authorities (such as immigration offices, embassies, or testing bodies) are strictly non-refundable. Service registration fees cover only Go Abroad Migration’s professional services.
By engaging our services, clients confirm that all payments are valid and agree not to initiate chargebacks without prior discussion with Go Abroad Migration.
Service fees are determined by Go Abroad Migration and may not be compared with other providers. Once services have commenced, charges are non-contestable.
Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

If immigration regulations change after signing the agreement, rendering the client ineligible, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Go Abroad Migration. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 working days. Clients who are on installment plans are not entitled to refunds in such cases.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
By signing the agreement, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
